Accessibility Statement
KittyScan is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. KittyScan aims for WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, as required by the European Accessibility Act (EAA) 2019/882 and the EU Web Accessibility Directive 2016/2102.
Current status: Partially conformant. Some content does not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA due to third-party components and ongoing improvements.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible:
- Charts and data visualisations may not be fully accessible to screen readers. Underlying data is available in tabular form where possible.
- The mobile navigation menu is present in the markup but not yet fully functional; keyboard users can navigate all links via the footer navigation.
- Some dynamically loaded server icons may lack descriptive alternative text beyond the server identifier.
