1. Scope and Operator
KittyScan is a Minecraft ecosystem intelligence and security platform that provides public server and player related insights. These terms apply to all visitors and all use of this website and related features.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You may browse public pages without creating an account. Some features, such as profile controls and linking player profiles, require sign-in via Discord.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for maintaining access to your Discord account credentials. You must not share account access in a way that enables misuse of this service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse KittyScan. In particular, you must not:
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to degrade the availability, integrity, or performance of the service.
- Bypass rate limits, abuse security controls, or attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure or data.
- Use automated tooling in a way that places disproportionate load on the service.
- Use service data to facilitate unlawful activity, targeted harassment, or violations of third-party rights.
4. Service Data and Availability
KittyScan aggregates and displays data from automated scanning, honeypot activity, and other technical collection methods. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and is provided for informational purposes.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including access controls, API behavior, or data presentation, where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.
5. User Content and Representations
If you submit or expose profile-related settings (including optional Discord visibility on linked player profiles), you confirm that you have the right to provide that information and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
You remain responsible for the content you choose to make visible through account features.
6. Third-Party Services
This website relies on third-party services, including Discord (authentication), Cloudflare Turnstile (abuse prevention), and other infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices from their respective operators.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
KittyScan is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to use of KittyScan. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to some or all features if we reasonably believe there has been abuse, a security incident, legal risk, or violation of these terms.

Information about personal data processing is provided in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its publication date. Continued use of KittyScan after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is the operator's registered place of business, to the extent legally permissible.
